Education and Background

Neil earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Temple University School of Law. While in law school, he participated in the Moot Court Competition. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in General Science and Political Science, cum laude, from Temple University. Neil is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Presently, Neil is an active member in many community and charitable organizations.

Neil was born and raised in Philadelphia. He is the father of two daughters who have pursued legal and advertising fields, and he is grandfather to two granddaughters. He joined the firm in 1979 and later became a named partner.
