Neil I. Mittin

Neil Mittin is a hands-on attorney, active in every aspect of his client's case. He views the practice of law as a very personal one involving constant input from his clients along with a one on one relationship.

Mr. Mittin's practice emphasizes serious personal injury claims (including automobile accidents and slip and fall matters), general civil litigation, and domestic relations matters. He received his law degree and his bachelor's degree from Temple University. Mr. Mittin is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, as well as being an active member, and leader, in many community and charitable organizations.
