Andrew Gay is one of the leading criminal defense lawyers in Pennsylvania. He is a former Chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is recognized both for his knowledge of the law and his uncanny ability to apply facts to it for the benefit of his clients.
